Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette
Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette (nut free, gluten free, vegan, paleo)
When it comes to dressings I prefer to make my own if I can. Generally to me it not only tastes better, but it’s better for you. Many store bought dressings have hidden sugar and unhealthy oils. Luckily most dressings are super easy to make, and quick. So you can make them last minute, and many require ingredients that you probably already have. This particular dressing is a vinaigrette, so it goes with most basic salads. I like to put this dressing on my Niscoise Salmon Salad. You can also use this dressing for other types of salads like pasta salad. This dressing is so good (in my opinion anyway) that you’ll want to eat salad!
