I’ve always had an interest in health, cooking, and staying active. When things like, eating clean and having a healthier lifestyle became more of a necessity, it sparked a passion for researching many things to do with health and wellness, and also led me to pursuing a degree in Health Sciences. I learned that eating healthy doesn’t necessarily mean giving up your favorite food, or mean that food will be boring, it actually is quite the opposite. Over the years I have compiled lots of simple, healthy, and delicious recipes, discovered some great clean skincare, cosmetics companies, and even some great supplements.
